We maintain a record of all invoices and past receipts after we initially send them to customers. Customers can request copies of documents or information information related to their account at no charge. You can also request details related to the status of your maintenance service plan. You are also able to directly order new products and services as well as re-order any graphic design products we have made for you in the past.

To access your information or make a request simply send us an e-mail at service@leodesignstudios.com with the details related to your request. Please be sure to include the name of your company in the e-mail. Please note that for your protection we will require confirmation of your identity if you make the request from an e-mail we do not have on file or one you have never used to contact us before.
